Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you enroll in or use the Service, we collect information that you provide to us, which may include:

  • Identity information: First and last name, date of birth, Social Security Number (required by MFSN for credit monitoring identity verification)
  • Contact information: Email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Account credentials: Username and password (passwords are stored in hashed, encrypted form)
  • Billing information: Payment card details (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Plan selection: Your chosen membership tier and billing period
  • Communications: Messages or inquiries you send to our support team

Information from Credit Bureaus and MFSN

When you use credit monitoring features of the Service, information from your credit files at Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion is accessed on your behalf through MyFreeScoreNow (MFSN). This includes:

  • Credit reports and credit scores from all three bureaus
  • Account history, payment history, and credit inquiries as reported to the bureaus
  • Public records information as reported to the bureaus

Usage and Technical Information

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including:

  • IP address and general geographic location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Service
  • Referring URLs and exit pages
  • Dates and times of access

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not use your personal information to build advertising profiles or sell data to marketers. We send service-related emails (enrollment confirmations, billing receipts, credit alert notifications, and account communications). Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

MyFreeScoreNow (MFSN)

To provide credit monitoring services, we share necessary identity and contact information with MFSN. MFSN uses this information to verify your identity with the credit bureaus and to pull and monitor your credit reports and scores. MFSN is a separate service governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service, which you will be required to agree to as part of the enrollment process.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and applicable data security standards (PCI-DSS).

Service Providers

We may share information with carefully vetted third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the Service, such as cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics platforms. These providers access your information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain its confidentiality.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, including court orders or subpoenas, or if we believe such action is necessary to: protect the rights, property, or safety of RJ Business Solutions, our members, or others; prevent fraud or other illegal activity; or comply with applicable law.

Business Transfers

If RJ Business Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Access

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@rjbusinesssolutions.org. We will provide you with a copy of your information within a reasonable timeframe.

Correction

You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you. You can update certain account information directly through your member portal.

Deletion

You may request that we delete your personal information by contacting us. We will honor such requests subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records and any contractual obligations. Note that deleting your account will terminate your access to the Service.

Opt-Out of Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving non-essential marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Note that even after opting out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive service-related and transactional communications necessary for your account.
