Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a membership plan, or otherwise accessing or using RJ Financial Readiness OS™ (the "Service") operated by RJ Business Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Program Disclosures, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

RJ Financial Readiness OS™ is a credit monitoring and financial intelligence platform that provides members with access to credit-related educational tools, monitoring services, and analytical resources. The Service is operated by RJ Business Solutions and is powered in part by MyFreeScoreNow (MFSN), an independent credit monitoring service provider.

Services May Include (Depending on Your Plan)

• 3-bureau credit report access and credit score monitoring through MFSN
• Report Change Radar™ — alerts for changes to your credit reports
• What Changed?™ plain-English report change summaries
• What-If Lab™ — educational credit scenario simulation tool
• Debt Optimizer™ — debt payoff analysis calculator
• RJ AI Credit Coach™ — AI-powered credit education tool
• Advanced Dispute Workspace — member-controlled dispute organization tools
• Home, Auto, and Funding Readiness Centers
• Credit Goal Tracker, Credit Momentum™ tracking, and related analytical tools

The specific features available to you depend on your selected membership plan. All credit data, reports, and scores accessed through the Service are provided by MFSN and the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) subject to MFSN's own terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have a valid Social Security Number (required by MFSN for credit monitoring)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment
• Not be prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@rjbusinesssolutions.org of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may not transfer your account to any other person without our prior written consent. Each account is for a single individual only.

5. Membership & Billing

Membership Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual billing intervals, depending on your selection at enrollment. Current plan pricing is displayed on our enrollment page at the time of signup.

Billing and Payment

By enrolling in a paid membership plan, you authorize RJ Business Solutions to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your membership before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for another billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team at support@rjbusinesssolutions.org or through your member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@rjbusinesssolutions.org.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for your membership. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered at the time of your enrollment, details of the trial period and conversion terms will be clearly disclosed during the enrollment process. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the applicable subscription fee.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for:

• All information you provide to us, MFSN, or the credit bureaus in connection with the Service
• Ensuring that any disputes you initiate through the Service are truthful and based on legitimate grounds
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in connection with your use of the Service

You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with the Service is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have the legal right to provide such information.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information to us, MFSN, or the credit bureaus
• Dispute accurate information on your credit reports for the purpose of removing truthful data
• Engage in any fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practice
• Violate any applicable federal or state credit laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
• Use any automated means, scraping, or data mining tools to access, collect, or copy data from the Service
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our express written consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RJ Business Solutions. The following are trademarks and proprietary marks of RJ Business Solutions:

You may not use any of the foregoing trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the Service are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any information obtained through the Service will be accurate, complete, or current
• The use of the Service will produce any particular result with respect to your credit profile or credit score
• Credit scores provided through the Service will match scores used by any particular lender or creditor

Credit monitoring, analytical tools, and educational resources provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult with appropriate licensed professionals before making any financial or legal decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RJ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RJ Business Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any information you provide in connection with the Service; or (e) your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at support@rjbusinesssolutions.org to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to us, any unresolved dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court finds that this class action waiver is unenforceable for any reason, then the arbitration agreement shall not apply to that dispute.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.
